Delay Relay for Manor One

The basic aim in life is to do well, and the same idea applies to business or any sort of ventures too. Property in India is one such realm that observes the given characteristics of being the best in their business. So, with all the booming and mushrooming of building projects, there are some who win the race while others finish a little later and in some cases those who are haunted by the delay relay. One such project that comes to mind is Kashish Developers’ Kashish Manor One. Spread over 16 acres of land, this housing society offer 2, 3, 4 BHK apartments with good facilities.

This all seems exciting and sounds really good right? Wrong. Even though they offer all these facilities and amenities, what they don’t tell you, is to read the fine print that says that the project has already been delayed by two years, the date of completion on the official website seems to state 2016 as the date of possession but the home owners can easily forget about it till 2018. The only part of the project that seems to be finished is the basement but overall the work is going really slowly.

Kashish Manor One

As if the delay wasn’t enough, reaching the site in itself is a pain. Transportation is a major problem and the approach to the site isn’t really an approach you may want to take. To aggravate the problems further, there is a problem of water and security as well. But if you need a reason to smile about there are a few that may set your mind at ease. For instance, there are schools and hospitals within 3 kms of the project site, which means that the kind of waiting you may be looking at, you may end up in the hospital due to waiting illnesses.

It is quite commendable on the part of Kashish Developers that despite the delay (about which they are not commenting), they are hopeful and positive and trying to do the same for the people (who due to bad judgment) who have booked a house with them. Positivity drips from their website as they make tall claims of building apartments with “ultra-luxurious” specifications. They promise to deliver a project which hasn’t even begun properly (unless you want to live in the basement!).

They really need to be given a reminder that although they may have had success in the past projects, Kashish Manor One would not be following suit. What they will be doing instead is becoming the winner of the Delay Relay, and considering that they continue work at the same speed, may be they will be able to deliver the basement to the owners, if not a finished apartment.
