Expected Possession 2014 The project is expected to be for completion after the span of about a year or may be a little before that according to the person who is associated with the Jaypee Group,As of now JP has diverted from housing project to the Taj exp way,for which the ongoing project cannot be completed and are delayed by yrs.the customer who have booked their flats have form an organisation and are fighting with jp group in court,as some have paid 80% of the payment but no sign of posession ,many who thought will be their dream home are living on rent as they have the burden of paying emi and rent as well,some have stopped paying emi and defaulted with the bank,But from JP side no sign of relief is for their pretigious customer.,Now people dont trust JP.As of today JP is only a Brand Name,where as others builder which have come after jp at Taj exp way have completed their project which are nearing for possession liks.Ajnara Daffodil,,.Paramount.Floorville,,Amrapali Sapphire.
