- There are not many amenities available nearby the project site and it will take around 4-5years to develop the entire surroundings.

Connectivity

The project site is located main road Expressway even then it doesn’t enjoy good road connectivity.

Public transportation is not available here and the Dankaur village is in close proximity to this project site. Thus one has to come on one’s own vehicle and the approach road to the project site is in a very state.

Till date, the entire piece of land is raw and there is no sign of construction activity at the project site. With only a boundary wall visible surrounding the project site, it is not known when construction will begin.

According to the person associated with the Jaypee Group who met The Talking Brick at the project site, the current prices are Rs. 27,500/sq yd.

Incidentally, according to the broker, the BSP for the plots is not confirmed yet and the project is already delayed. Thus, it will be tough for Jaypee to compete with Shubhkamna Valley while construction has already started at Supertech upcountry project site.
