On site view: Our representatives went to the actual site to have an authentic view of the project. The structure work of the project is almost complete. Nonetheless, a lot of work remains pending as far as the plastering, grilling, window/door fitting goes. The work on the site seems to move at a very slow pace.
Approach: The project is located at sector 83 on Dwarka Expressway. Currently, transport is available only till the NH-8 post that people willing to visit the site need to either foot the distance or take an auto. Construction of the approach road has hit a major block since it falls within the village premises.
Connectivity and Amenities:: There are no major amenities in and around the area. Some prominent landmarks include:
1. Easy access from the NH8 and Dwarka Expressway.

General view: The data collected by our representatives from brokers, realtors and customers suggest that although the project is a "value for money" costing around Rs 70 L all inclusive there are certain drawbacks that cannot be overlooked. First being the close vicinity of the villages which cannot be removed. The main hurdle in the process remains demand of high compensation and suitable land by the villagers. Secondly, the site faces a community cremation center which being that of the villagers cannot be removed either. Unless the cremation site is removed further construction of the Dwarka Expressway cannot be achieved. Thus the project is at a catch 22 situation.
Over all, the project might be good investment in terms of value for money but lacks essential amenities. The project slated for completion in 2015 still has many a issues to deal with. For investors only time can reveal the benefits but for people who wish to live here serious thought needs to be given before buying the property.
