1. The actual date of possession is 2015 on the official project website however; the project will be ready for possession in 2016 according to the broker. While other realty websites states 2014 as the year of project delivery.
2. According to the broker, there aren’t any amenities nearby and one has to go to cover a distance of around 5kms to look for basic amenities and services. This is one of the major concerns that may influence the buying decision of the investors.
3. As per the info available from the broker who met TTB at the project site, the site will be located near the upcoming metro-station (no work started yet) as a metro link is proposed till Gaur Circle at Noida Extension.
4. Construction till 4th floor is visible at the project site.
