Connectivity / About the Neighbourhood


As the project site is at Dharampur Village, transportation is available only till the Daulatabad flyover. From there, one has to take either a taxi or an auto to reach the project site. Transportation as of now is a major concern.

On-Site View

As of now, only land acquisition has been done. The land has been levelled and barb wire has been put up. Construction has not begun yet and the people on site also do not have a clear idea of when it will begin.

Appreciation

The current basic sale price for an apartment in Agrante Beethoven 8 is Rs. 5,500/ sq ft.
