At this project site, paintwork is complete on all the towers. The construction activity is nearly at the point of completion here.





A little ahead of project site i.e. work on 150metres from Dwarka Kargil Chowk is also going on. Repair work on road is also going on at the project site.

The Talking Brick went to the actual project site on the 25th of November to enquire and collect information about the Raheja Vedaanta. The information collected by us is listed below:

1. One should get their own vehicles to visit this project site due to the lack of public transportation services in this area.

2. According to broker, the site is surrounded by agricultural piece of land from all the sides. On the back side, there is a water body where locals do the fish farming which is also visible from the Vedaanta floors.

3. According to the broker, the project is good to invest in and those who’ve invested in this project are quite happy. However, one of the major drawbacks that this site faces is ‘no approach road’ and no trace of Dwarka Expressway that is located at the distance of almost 5kms. Also at the time of selling the project, Raheja Group didn’t disclose this problem in the front of the buyers.

The site is located at the Dharampur village so one can go to the Daultabad village from where transport services like taxi and auto are available to reach the site. However, be ready to shell out Rs.300/- to Rs.400/- if you take taxi or auto. With no public transport services available easily here, it becomes difficult for the visitors to reach this site comfortably.
